Now 10 years old Shaking the Tree is one of Melbourne’s most vibrant and exciting choirs. Led by professional performer Bronwyn Calcutt, the choir sings her unique arrangements of gypsy, gospel, funk, and world music.

As well as exploring some of best singer-songwriters of our times, including Leonard Cohen, Ricky Lee Jones, Richard Thompson, Gurrumul, Van Morrison, Bob Marley and Midnight Oil.

Performances of Shaking the Tree always inspire & uplift audiences, and Bronwyn Calcutt also offers vocal workshops to initiate others into the joy of singing.
